Eric Davis is an Associate Professor of Sociology at Bellevue College in Washington, where he teaches courses on Popular Culture, the Sociology of Blacks in America, Race & Ethnic Relations, and a hugely popular Hip-Hop Seminar. He has been facilitating his renowned “Rap 101” sessions for over 20 years.
