Race in America: A Country Divided

Law Professors Neil Siegel, Randall Kennedy and Amy Wax – Duke University, Harvard University, and Penn Law Schools

The United States has never been entirely sure what to do about race. Alone among the countries in the world, we have attempted to construct a nation of white and black, and many others, too. And it has made steady progress. But some believe that progress – political, social, and economic – has stalled. Each professor will address some of the large, complex, and multi-faceted problems of race in America, historically and today.
