I watched this with a group, and we all really enjoyed the lecture! It was a great mix of history, the cheese making process, and explanations of why cheeses can be so different. Chock full of interesting facts and of course photos, and Thorpe keeps the topic moving in a way that kept us engaged. It makes me want to read her books!
